Have you entered into an agreement, but the other party continues to be in breach of one's obligations? We are aware of the legal options to take the desired action. If it is not possible for any reason whatsoever to settle a case out of court we would of course be prepared to assist you. Even if you are yourself in breach of contract, you can also reach out to us. There is often a good reason for not having fulfilled your obligations (yet). Together we will try to reach a solution that is suitable and satisfactory for all the parties involved. We can advise you in matters concerning drawing up an agreement or general terms and conditions, a nondisclosure agreement , declaration of intent for a corporate takeover or negotiating a sales contract.

Sooner or later everyone with employees will be affected by employment law. For example a poorly performing employee or there may be a dispute with your employee. Or maybe you would like to effect a reorganization and will have to let employees go. In spite of the promise of the government, employment law still is anything but simple. There are many rules you have to comply with before dismissal of an employee is possible. Or the rehabilitation of a sick employee doesn’t go as desired. We know our way around employment law and are happy to guide you through the required steps. Debt collection

You have worked hard and yet your invoice is not being paid. We are happy to handle the claim for collection. Working on a no win no fee basis is the starting point, but also maintaining your (good) businesslike relationship The benefit of having your debt collection handled by a lawyer is that your case remains with the lawyer acting in the matter. We have right to bring proceedings and ask for a writ of attachment or to file for bankruptcy. This will save you time, money and annoyance.
